For the more culturally minded guests, the Constantia hotel in Cape Winelands has an art gallery featuring local art by emerging and established artists. Most of the pieces are for sales. There is also a library of light reading material as well as DVDs.

Outside of this Constantia hotel in the Cape Winelands, guests can indulge in some wine tasting or even a summer picnic at one of the local wine estates. There are two golf courses within ten minutes of the hotel as well.

The area boasts some popular hiking trails spanning over Constantia Nek and Table Mountain amongst others. Other outdoor activities include jogging, horse riding, cycling, mountain biking, climbing and abseiling.
